Role Description

  • This role will be part of the CRDU Governance team within the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU).
  • In close collaboration with all teams within the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) function as well as key stakeholders in other divisions e.g. Risk this role will support ongoing interaction/inspections with regulators / auditors, support sustainable audit finding resolution as well as ensure the ongoing compliance and governance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support of the internal and external audits from a CRDU perspective
  • Ensure audit finding governance including maintaining and presenting overview on open findings, ensuring timely and complete status updates, closure preparation etc. across CRDU
  • Oversight and coordination of open requests from EY, provide consolidated data tapes for credit risk data out of FDW, coordinate and monitor implementation of changes to the reports
  • Support divisional governance, in particular measurement and monitoring of RDARR compliance for CRDU owned Key Risk Metrics, prepare monthly presentation pack and incorporate regular updates, reminding input providers for the CRDU Process Review Council, maintain action log and prepare draft minutes and executive summaries
  • Continuous improvement of the processes and the associated governance for the entire CRDU processes in order to continue to ensure compliance with the audit requirements.

Your skills and experience

  • Some knowledge about the overall Finance Risk Close architecture and system landscape (FDW) and related analysis tools would be beneficial
  • Finance or Risk background with good understanding of key risk metrics / regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; result-orientation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; result- and risk-oriented
  • Proactive, independent, open-minded, structured and efficient working style with willingness to take on responsibility
  • Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Working knowledge of MS office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a general knowledge of the DB IT environment as well as KI/innovation tools used in DB
  • Very good language skills in English
