What’s the role?
Join our Portfolio Management Team and help shape smart lending decisions for a diverse portfolio of large private and smaller public companies.
Based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, this is a full-time opportunity that combines detailed credit analysis with commercial insight. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers, company executives and professional investors to support lending decisions across the portfolio.
From analysing financial information and preparing high-quality credit submissions through to helping structure transactions and manage portfolio risk, you'll play an important role in delivering great outcomes for our customers. Every day brings something different, giving you the chance to build your expertise while working alongside experienced banking professionals.
What do I need?
- Strong credit analysis skills and an understanding of commercial lending
- Experience assessing financial statements and identifying key risks and opportunities
- The ability to translate complex financial information into clear and practical insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Cash flow modelling experience and a CA, CPA or CFA qualification will be highly regarded
