Data Analyst, Python, SQL and SASnew

The Data/Information Management Analyst 2 is an entry-level professional role responsible for supporting data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and process improvement initiatives. The individual will work closely with senior analysts and business partners to gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply data management and reporting concepts in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, and communicating findings in a clear and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data using SQL, Python and SAS to support reporting and business requirements.
• Replicate existing analytical solutions and reports for new markets, regions, or business segments.
• Support the production, validation, and enhancement of recurring management reports and scorecards.
• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to clarify requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Prepare presentations and summarize analytical findings for business partners and management.
• Adhere to organizational policies, data governance standards, and control procedures.

Qualifications:

 

·       1-2 years of relevant experience

·       SQL, SAS and Python

·       Tableau/Dataiku (Good to have)

·       Curious about learning and developing new skillsets

·       Positive outlook with a can-do mindset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be organized, detail oriented, and adaptive to matrix work environment

 

Education:

 

• Bachelor/Master's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
