Join Chase Auto, a leader in auto financing with over $90 billion in assets and partnerships with 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. As part of the prestigious JPMorgan Chase franchise, we serve vehicle manufacturers, auto dealers, and consumers with a comprehensive suite of financial products and services—from retail lending and captive financing to commercial services like floorplan products, and treasury services including deposits, cash management, and payment processing.
As the Dealer Marketing Strategy Lead within Chase Auto, you will own the dealer marketing strategy that accelerates dealer network growth and product deepening across the Chase Auto franchise. You will blend B2B marketing excellence with management consulting / corporate strategy rigor to define segmentation and positioning, enable a geographically distributed sales force, and drive integrated go-to-market programs—including insight-led thought leadership and multi-channel activation (e.g., gated research, executive-ready insights, event/conference activation, PR/social programming, webinars, and supporting assets). You will operate in a highly matrixed environment, influencing across Sales, Product, Analytics, and Communications/PR to deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined KPI management and executive reporting.
Job responsibilities

- Define segment-based positioning and messaging for bundled solutions across key dealer types and sizes.
- Assess competitive and market dynamics and translate insights into differentiated value propositions and go-to-market messaging.
- Apply structured strategy approaches to identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and recommend priorities.

- Establish a scalable content ecosystem that repurposes core narratives across digital channels, events, webinars, public relations, social, and executive briefings.
- Own sales enablement strategy and materials for a geographically distributed sales force, including pitch content, talk tracks, and segment-specific storylines.
- Build and run an enablement cadence (launch toolkits, readiness checklists, quarterly planning materials, and feedback loops) and measure adoption and impact.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns and experiences (digital, events, webinars, promotional activity) to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion.
- Set key performance indicators and a success scorecard; deliver routine reporting and executive presentations to inform decisions and optimize return on investment.
