As a Debt Collection Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving timely cash collection, resolving customer account issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of Accounts Receivable operations through smart, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle overdue accounts by proactively contacting customers via email and phone to facilitate timely payment resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to outstanding receivables, coordinating with Accounting, Billing, and Customer Support teams as needed.
  • Identify and resolve unapplied or unclear payments to ensure accurate invoice settlement and maintain clean account records.
  • Support the development, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation tools and digital solutions that streamline Accounts Receivable and collections workflows.
  • Monitor team processes and systems, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or a related finance or operations role.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships, including payment follow-ups, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Comfortable working accurately with financial data, including invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Experience using automation or digital tools to improve day-to-day processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or emerging technology in a finance or operations environment.
  • Experience working across global or cross-functional teams.

This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay for this role is 2900 - 3000 EUR gross. The actual pay depends on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable.
