Job Description
Purpose of the role
To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments.
Accountabilities
- Identification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources.
- Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models.
- Development and implementation of data quality control procedures.
- Building and validation of quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas.
Analyst Expectations

- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise

To be a successful as a “Decision Analyst", you should have experience with:
- Synthesizing business knowledge, market research, and analytics to drive strategic outcomes.
- Understanding value drivers across products and services, linking customer, operational, and financial levers.
- Breaking down complex challenges using frameworks such as MECE, hypothesis-driven approaches, 5 WHYs, 80/20, and decision trees.
- Using Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau to transform data into actionable insights.
- Generating insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Crafting compelling, data-backed narratives for senior stakeholders and delivering powerful executive presentations.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking benefits realization.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Strong communication and storytelling.
- Good at problem solving skills and strategic thinking.
- AI Awareness/Adoption.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based out of Gurgaon.
