About the role: Permanent and Fixed-Term opportunities available! Full-time roles offered with hybrid working arrangements from our Adelaide, Brisbane or Toowoomba Head Offices.
As a Delivery Analyst within our Operations Enablement team, you’ll take ownership of defined operational change, digital enablement and efficiency initiatives across Operations and actively drive them through to completion.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility across the full implementation lifecycle, from defining scope and planning through to implementation readiness, delivery, embedding and outcome realisation. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, you’ll establish clear delivery pathways and ensure initiatives are implemented to agreed scope, timelines and quality expectations. You’ll deliver change in line with established governance, delivery frameworks and Risk in Change requirements, actively managing risks, dependencies and constraints.

- Applying governance, delivery frameworks and Risk in Change requirements, escalating impediments and pursuing practical resolutions where required
About you:
You’re a proactive and versatile delivery professional who is motivated by owning outcomes and making things happen. You bring a constructive, accountable and solutions-focused approach, with the resilience to work through ambiguity and maintain delivery momentum. You’re comfortable moving between business analysis, project coordination and delivery activities, adapting your approach to what each initiative needs.
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience delivering projects, operational change or improvement initiatives, with demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience
- Experience delivering change within established governance and delivery frameworks, including risk identification, management and escalation
- The ability to work flexibly across business analysis, project coordination, implementation and delivery activities
- Strong analytical, process and problem-solving skills, with the judgement to make practical delivery decisions
- Strong stakeholder consultation, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build support and influence progress
- Financial services experience and sound knowledge of banking operations, processes and regulatory requirements
- A constructive, accountable and solutions-focused approach, with the resilience to work through ambiguity and follow through on agreed outcomes
