Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery, from product concept to launch, of new and enhanced health/takaful plans in line with product strategy, ensuring completion within project timelines and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare product documentation, including customer-facing collaterals and submission papers for internal and regulatory approvals.
- Initiate and execute product campaigns, including ideation, concept development, segmentation, and terms and conditions, working with Campaign teams within stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Manage product and project requirements, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Certificate Documents and Product Illustration system development for all new and enhanced products.
- Support health initiatives, including customer campaigns, health sustainability, and distribution support.
- Other relevant tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Insurance, or other related fields of study.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development, product management, or a related role within the insurance or takaful industry.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills — ability to interpret data, conduct market analysis, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, proactive, and committed — self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
