As Director Relationships, you'll drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum with identifying and pursuing new business.  

Focus your time on market origination and supporting your team in structuring and closing complex deals.

Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields 
• Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis 
• A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers 
• Collaborative team player with a curious mindset
