- Lead financial planning, forecasting, actuals, and performance analysis across the region, ensuring robust insight and clear commentary for senior leadership.

- Partner closely with Underwriting, Pricing, Actuarial, Operations, Claims, Credit Control, and other Finance teams to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage and control regional expenses, including direct costs, accruals, prepayments, allocated costs, and headcount.
- Deliver high-quality management information, broker analysis, production reporting, and other key performance metrics.
- Support executive and board-level reporting with accurate, timely, and insightful financial presentations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls, including Sarbanes requirements and other governance processes.
- Act as local Finance lead on ad hoc projects, including finance systems change and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop the CEMENA DFO team and Finance Managers, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and performance.

- A track record of improving finance processes, reporting, and business performance
- Exposure to data transformation environments, with experience working in or alongside teams driving finance data, reporting, systems, or analytics transformation
- Ideally, experience within the insurance sector, or a strong understanding of insurance business dynamics, financial drivers, and operating models
- Confidence working with large and complex data sets, and an interest in improving data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire teams
