Join Hannover Re SE at our location in Hannover / Germany and start a dual study programme on 1 September 2027, leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on insurance business.

You can look forward to

At Hannover Re you can combine alternating three-month practical phases in-house with periods of study at the University of Applied Sciences (FHDW) in Hannover.

  • Explore the wide range of business areas within an international reinsurance company and build a broad understanding of the industry
  • Work on market analyses, projects, and client meetings, and gradually take on your own responsibilities step by step
  • Degree in business administration with a major in insurance and training as a certified insurance and financial practitioner 
  • Several weeks of study abroad is envisaged

You come equipped with

  • Good to excellent A-levels or an equivalent qualification granting access to higher education
  • Conversational proficiency in German and English, knowledge of additional languages is an asset
