Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm proudly headquartered in downtown Chicago. Our traders work hard to provide liquidity to the market through their market-making activities and are the masters of a diverse set of commodities, interest rates, exchange-traded funds (ETF), and equity index options. These groups work closely together to bring in the best talent for Team Belvedere and from day one, make sure that all team members have all the tools they need to succeed and develop through their tenure.

We're currently looking for an Early Career Talent Partner to own hiring for our Trading Department, building the pipeline of quantitative traders and trading-adjacent talent that keeps Belvedere competitive. This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring high-potential colleagues, developing quality relationships with student groups and academic programs that feed into our industry, and building a strong employer brand among the communities that produce top trading talent. You will own have stakeholder relationships with Trading leadership and strategically partner with the business to drive hiring and lead best practices in trading talent acquisition for interns, graduates, and those early in their professional careers.
