As the EMEA Employee Dining Lead within Amenity Services, you will lead the Employee Dining strategy across the region, driving innovation, service excellence, and operational performance. You will partner with stakeholders and vendor partners to enhance dining experiences through strategic planning, market insights, and the implementation of new concepts and technologies. This highly visible individual contributor role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and provides an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, commercial analysis, and vendor partnership management at scale. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of workplace dining while delivering meaningful improvements to employee experience and business outcomes
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Employee Dining strategy and roadmap across EMEA.
- Develop and maintain dining brand standards and service models.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative dining solutions.
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, audits, and business reviews across a large supplier network.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer metrics to drive business insights and recommendations.
- Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and technology solutions to enhance decision-making.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for investments and service improvements.
- Support the delivery of new dining locations, renovations, and service transformations.
- Drive continuous improvement through market insights, customer feedback, and emerging technologies.
- Lead change management and training initiatives to support new programs and services.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience managing dining, food service, hospitality, catering, or retail programs.
- Experience managing external vendors, supplier relationships, and contract performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational, financial, and performance data.
- Experience utilizing dashboards, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to support strategic business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working within a corporate, multinational, or highly matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience managing large-scale regional dining, hospitality, or workplace experience programs.
- Knowledge of food, retail, and workplace dining industry trends.
- Experience implementing technology-enabled dining solutions and digital innovations.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, predictive analytics, or advanced reporting solutions.
- Financial management, business management, or commercial planning experience.
- Experience supporting customer experience, service excellence, or brand development initiatives.
- Experience working within a highly regulated multinational organization.
