The Enterprise Resilience Country Co-ordinator is an experienced and highly motivated expert to lead and support the implementation of our Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Crisis Management programs at the country level. This role is responsible for ensuring organizational readiness, resilience, and compliance across all business lines and functions, while partnering closely with local leadership, regional teams, and global stakeholders.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary country-level subject matter expert for Continuity of Business, Operational Resilience and Crisis Management programs, helping ensure the organization can effectively respond to and recover from operational disruptions, cyber events, natural disasters, and other crisis situations.

Advanced project management, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities You will have:

  • Lead and coordinate the country-wide Business Continuity, Operational Resilience and Crisis Management program across all business lines and functions.

  • Support the implementation and execution of enterprise resiliency policies, standards, and governance requirements.

  • Support the implementation of regional and global resilience initiatives at the country level.

  • Manage all related COB deliverables such as : Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, Tabletop Exercises.

  • Coordinate and oversee continuity testing activities.

  • Drive awareness, training, and engagement programs to strengthen organizational resilience and business preparedness.

  • Advise business leaders on recovery strategies, resilience capabilities, and risk mitigation opportunities to strengthen operational continuity.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, Business Recovery Coordinators, functional managers, and senior executives.

  • Evaluate recovery solutions and support optimization of resiliency capabilities for critical business functions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal Business Continuity policies, standards, and applicable local regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, continuity-related risks, and remediation activities, ensuring corrective actions are completed within required timelines.

  • Act as the primary country contact for continuity-related audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments.

  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, and regional continuity teams to maintain effective governance and oversight.

  • Lead coordination during crisis events affecting the country and facilitate activation of Crisis Management Teams when required.

  • Provide timely communications and status reporting to country, regional, and global stakeholders during incidents.

  • Maintain employee emergency contact information and support crisis communication readiness.

  • Co- ordinate projects and relevant initiatives

Qualifications we need:

  • Experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Controls, or a related discipline.

  • Understanding of industry-standard Business Continuity Management practices and frameworks; BCI or equivalent certification is advantageous.

  • Experience interpreting and implementing policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Resilience, adaptability, and sound decision-making under pressure.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and execution excellence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis, and reporting ability.

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed, and multinational environment is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

  • BCI or equivalent certification is advantageous.
