The role:
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two General Managers across Premier Banking and Specialised Distribution within Customer Service Lending.
This is a highly trusted role at the heart of two busy teams. You'll be responsible for bringing structure to competing priorities, anticipating what's coming next and creating the space for leaders to focus on what matters most.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of Home Lending, Premier Banking and Specialised Distribution. Given the nature of the role, Home Lending experience will be highly regarded.
You'll make an impact by:
Managing complex and fast-moving diaries, balancing competing priorities and making sound judgement calls.
Staying ahead of commitments, deadlines and actions to keep priorities moving.
Coordinating meetings and preparing materials to ensure leaders have the information they need.
Supporting Leadership Team rhythms, including agendas, actions and follow-ups.
Building trusted relationships across Customer Service Lending and the broader stakeholder network.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Supporting travel, events, onboarding and team activities.
Identifying issues early and taking ownership to resolve them.
Creating an organised and productive environment that enables leaders and teams to perform at their best.
We're interested in hearing from people who:
Have experience supporting senior executives, ideally at General Manager level or equivalent.
Bring Home Lending exposure and an understanding of the products, customers and stakeholder landscape that underpin the business.
Have exceptional organisational, prioritisation and diary management skills.
Are proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing competing demands.
Exercise sound judgement and high levels of discretion.
Build trusted relationships quickly and work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Bring strong attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
We work flexibly and, where practical, you'll align your office days with the leaders you support to make the most of time together.
If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application. We’re keen to support you with the next step in your career.
