As an Executive Director in Lifecycle Marketing Enablement on the Engagement and Product team, you will lead the strategy, operating model, and transformation agenda supporting customer lifecycle marketing across Consumer Marketing. You will oversee a portfolio spanning customer experience innovation, strategic operations, creative enablement, servicing communications, and digital ecosystem transformation. Working across Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Risk, you will identify opportunities to modernize capabilities, improve how work gets done.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and execute the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Lifecycle Marketing Enablement.
Establish organizational priorities, governance frameworks, and operating models that improve speed, quality, transparency, and scalability across Consumer Marketing.
Drive marketing modernization initiatives spanning audiences, channels, journeys, content, and customer communications.
Partner and build strong relationships with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Digital and Data & Analytics teams to identify, pilot, and scale new customer engagement capabilities and marketing innovations.
Lead the strategic business operations function for Engagement & Product Marketing, including planning processes, intake governance, business performance management, executive communications, organizational effectiveness, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
Oversee portfolio governance, business reviews, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting to ensure initiatives, investments, and resources are aligned to strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Provide executive leadership and oversight for the organization's digital ecosystem strategy, including content modernization, digital experience optimization, page migration, search optimization, and test-and-learn programs.
Drive enterprise creative effectiveness by overseeing agency partnerships, creative enablement strategies, governance practices, and the development of scalable playbooks and standards that improve quality, consistency, and speed to market.
Partner with Brand, Creative, and Marketing leaders to advance creative excellence, strengthen cross-line-of-business alignment, and scale best practices across customer communications.
Provide executive leadership and oversight for customer servicing communications, crisis communications, and regulated customer notifications.
Lead organizational transformation efforts, including process redesign, workflow simplification, capability enablement, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology or related disciplines
10+ years of experience leading large-scale marketing, strategy, operations, transformation, product, or customer experience organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-level organizations, including managers of people, with responsibility for talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
Proven track record building and developing high-performing leadership teams in complex, matrixed environments.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and modernization initiatives across large-scale enterprises.
Proven ability to build and execute strategic roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, data & analytics, technology, operations, and finance.
Demonstrated success building operating models, governance structures, and scalable organizational processes.
Experience leading innovation programs, experimentation frameworks, or capability transformation initiatives.
Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholder groups around shared objectives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience leading lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or customer experience organizations.
Experience within financial services, consumer banking, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience driving digital transformation, marketing technology modernization, or platform implementation efforts.
Experience leading large-scale change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, customer journey orchestration, and audience personalization strategies.
Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and developing future leaders.
Experience leveraging emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and experimentation to improve marketing effectiveness.
