We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Executive Manager, Lending Solutions reporting directly to the General Manager, Private Banking.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for leading a national Lending Support function that partners our Private Banking teams to deliver complex lending outcomes for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

You'll lead a geographically dispersed team of lending specialists who provide strategic guidance, credit expertise and problem-solving capability across sophisticated lending scenarios. Working closely with Banking, Credit Risk and Operations stakeholders, you'll help navigate complex structures, remove barriers to execution and ensure exceptional customer outcomes are delivered efficiently, safely and at scale.
 

 What you'll be responsible for

• Leading and developing a national team of lending specialists who support complex and bespoke lending transactions across Private Banking.

• Partnering with bankers, credit and risk teams to structure and execute sophisticated lending solutions for high-net-worth clients.

• Providing strategic oversight and direction for complex lending scenarios, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes and risk considerations.

• Building a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, accountability and customer outcomes.

• Driving productivity, quality and operational excellence across the lending value chain.

• Leading change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client and employee experience.

• Influencing senior stakeholders across Private Banking, Risk, Credit, Operations and the broader Group.

• Translating strategic priorities into sustainable actions and measurable business outcomes.
   

What You’ll Bring:

We're looking for an experienced people leader with deep lending expertise and a proven ability to navigate complexity.

• Extensive experience in complex lending, credit structuring and problem-solving.

• Strong strategic leadership and execution capability.

• Deep lending and credit expertise with highly developed risk judgement.

• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing specialist teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• The ability to solve complex lending challenges while balancing customer, commercial and risk outcomes.

• A track record of driving transformation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity and a customer-first mindset.
