You’ll partner with advisors and internal marketing teams to deliver materials that support client engagement and business growth. We’ll value your organization, curiosity, and ability to balance day-to-day service with longer-term projects. If you enjoy working with people, details, and data, this role offers hands-on learning in wealth management marketing.
As a Field Marketing Associate in JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, you support advisors and their teams by coordinating personalized marketing materials and providing data-informed insights that improve the advisor experience. You work closely with partners across marketing (including digital, social, content, and communications) to deliver timely, accurate materials and reporting. You balance recurring advisor support with project work that helps the team improve programs and processes.

- Maintain intake records, regional files, and supporting documentation to keep information organized and accessible
- Track advisor and team marketing assets (e.g., biographies, headshots, websites, pitchbooks, brochures) and support timely updates and recertifications
- Support measurement and reporting by collecting, organizing, and validating metrics used in dashboards and management updates
- Assist with audits, data quality checks, and recordkeeping to improve accuracy and readiness
- Coordinate collateral workflows by tracking items in process through completion, including inventory and order management
- Contribute to team projects that improve processes, programs, and advisor experience

- Familiarity with creating or coordinating personalized marketing collateral (bios, pitchbooks, brochures, websites)
- Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
- Sound judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
- Experience working with agency or vendor partners and coordinating deliverables across timelines
