Finance and Regulatory Reporting Intern/Working Student (Italian speaker) (m/f/x)new

Job Description

• You will contribute to the end-to-end preparation and submission of both financial and regulatory reports for our recently established Italian branch (including balance sheet and P&L statements, alongside local Italian regulatory reporting)
• You will take partial to full ownership of the finance and regulatory reporting aspects of interdisciplinary projects, supporting critical tasks following the recent establishment and continued expansion of our Italian bank branch
• You will help interpret and assess the financial impact of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring our cross-border and local financial and reporting processes remain fully compliant
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of our financial controls, data quality, and reporting workflows, working closely with our local Italian experts and our software engineers
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of tax-related processes and services for our Italian clients, working closely with the Tax team and external advisors

Qualifications

• You studying for a university degree, preferably with a focus on economics, business, finance or banking
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills
• You enjoy working with financial data and embrace opportunities to leverage new AI tools
• You have solid command of software tools used in finance and regulatory reporting (including Excel and/or Google Sheets)
• You work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• You have excellent command of both English and Italian, written and spoken
