Financial Advisor (Cayman)

The Financial Advisor is a member of RF’s Financial Advisory Unit which provides the strategic sales component of capital markets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Cayman Islands’ investment landscape
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable investment strategies and products
• Prepare customized investment proposals and deliver engaging product presentations
• Maintain active and consistent communication with clients to promote awareness and understanding of RF’s offerings
• Proactively grow your client base through an integrated and innovative quality advice strategy.
• Prepare reports detailing portfolio performance and key market trends
• Achieve the quarterly new business targets set by the business development department.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Series 7 qualification (or equivalent) preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or advisory role, preferably within the private banking or financial services sector
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and grow business
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
