Financial Lines Underwriter | Grow with a Market-Leading Team in Swedennew

Are you a Financial Lines Underwriter with a few years of experience and looking for your next step? This is a great opportunity to join our Swedish team at an exciting time of growth.

In this role, you will work across a classic Financial Lines portfolio, including D&O, Crime, and some FI, with responsibility for the Swedish market and clients in Finland across both Middle Market and Major Accounts. We are looking for someone who is market-focused, commercially driven, and motivated by new business.

This is more than just an underwriting role — it is a chance to be an active part of shaping and growing the department. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, brokers, and colleagues to help strengthen Chubb’s position in the market.

What you’ll do

• Underwrite Financial Lines business across D&O, Crime, and FI
• Support and develop a portfolio across Sweden and Finland
• Work across both Middle Market and Major Accounts
• Build strong broker relationships and identify new opportunities
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the department
• Help deliver commercially sound underwriting decisions

 

What we’re looking for

• A few years of Financial Lines underwriting experience
• Knowledge of D&O, Crime, and ideally FI
• A strong commercial mindset and appetite for new business
• A proactive, collaborative approach
• A desire to help shape a growing team
• Proficient in English and Swedish
