About the Role Looking to build your career in finance and financial reporting? We're seeking a Financial Reporting Administrator to join our Financial Reporting team in a varied and rewarding junior-level role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some finance or accounting experience who is eager to develop their skills within a supportive environment where full training will be provided. You'll play a key role in supporting reporting processes, reconciliations, statutory accounts preparation and a variety of finance projects within the team, while gaining valuable exposure to financial reporting and regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing As a Financial Reporting Administrator, you will: Prepare supporting working papers and financial documentation. Match invoices to receipts and carry out reconciliation activities. Post financial journals as required. Support intercompany settlements and transactions. Assist with the preparation of management accounts. Compile and maintain finance controls documentation. Support the preparation of statutory accounts. Assist with the tagging and submission of statutory accounts. Support the production of regulatory returns. Assist with finance-related projects, process improvements and change initiatives. Conduct investigations and provide support for ad hoc finance activities. Manage high volumes of invoice processing while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. About You We're keen to hear from individuals who are organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn. You may currently be working as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar. Essential Criteria Basic accounting and finance process knowledge. Understanding of statutory accounting principles. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Previous experience using finance systems (any ERP or finance software). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Quick learner with a proactive approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Financial Services industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
