We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join Hong Kong Macro Sales team as a Macro Sales, Analyst/Associate to provide sales, client coverage, and business management support across the Mandate FX and eFX businesses, helping drive client engagement, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support institutional client coverage across the Mandate FX and eFX businesses and contribute to franchise growth initiatives including trading booking and execution, timely trade confirmations alongside engagement with requisite risk and control functions.
- Coordinate client onboarding, account documentation, and internal approval processes.
- Prepare client presentations, meeting materials, and business performance reports.
- Assist with trade-related workflows, booking support, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with Trading, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and other support functions to facilitate business activities.
- Monitor client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and escalation where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activity tracking, and management information reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the client experience.
What you'll bring to the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and intellectually curious individual with a strong interest in financial markets and a desire to build a career in sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. They should be eager to learn, comfortable working across multiple products and clients, and capable of building effective relationships with traders, structurers, research analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- 0 – 2+ years of experience in markets will be valuable – in FX or FX options
- Passion for markets and hunger/desire to learn more and succeed is critical
- Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite given the nature of the role – Native Mandarin required
- Previous experience in covering clients and providing consultancy on clients' hedging or investment needs is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems, follow up and complete tasks
