About the Team & Business Line: 

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. 

As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting  team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. 

Your Role: 

• Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with local and industry-specific accounting standards (LUX, NL, UK GAAPs)

• Coordinating with SPV accountants to obtain and validate underlying data used in financial statement preparation

• Reviewing and validating financial transactions and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance

• Maintaining and updating financial statement templates to reflect regulatory or client-specific requirements

• Performing quality control checks on draft financial statements prior to review by senior staff

• Delivering accurate and high-quality financial reports to clients worldwide

• Tracking and managing financial statement production deadlines to ensure timely delivery to clients

• Coordinating and managing the filing of annual accounts with the authorities, ensuring timely submission in compliance with local regulatory requirements

• Serving as contact for other Citco teams/client queries related to financial statements, collaborating effectively with managers, colleagues, and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner

• Supporting process improvement initiatives within the financial statements team to enhance efficiency and accuracy

About You:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Meticulous, proactive and attentive to details team player

• Willing to learn and able to adapt in new challenges

Salary Ranges

1375 – 1875 EUR GROSS
