As a Fund Servicing Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational services related to fund accounting and administration. Your work will have a meaningful impact within our department, as you apply your broad knowledge of fund servicing principles and practices to perform diverse activities requiring analysis and judgement. Job responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end operational workflow across Transfer Agency functions, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for daily processing activities while maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Monitor operational performance against established service level agreements, quality standards, and key risk indicators.
  • Drive effective workforce planning, resource allocation, training, and succession planning to maximize team capacity and productivity.
  • Ensure all operational controls, reconciliations, and client-related activities are completed within defined deadlines and governance requirements.
  • Manage the resolution of client inquiries, service issues, and operational escalations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and efficiency improvements across Transfer Agency operations.

     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Transfer Agency Operations, Fund Services, Securities Operations, or a related financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes across Transfer Agency, Reconciliation, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Custody, Trade Support, and associated control functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 
  • Experience managing managers or leading large teams within Fund Services or Transfer Agency Operations.
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and fund servicing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and drive strategic business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working within a global operating model and partnering with cross-regional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices impacting Transfer Agency and Fund Services operations.
