As an Executive Director, Senior Corporate Banker within the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) team in Colombia, you will own, deepen, and grow relationships with large corporate clients while driving profitable revenue growth across the full suite of the firm's banking capabilities. You will act as the senior trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and C-suite executives, orchestrating the delivery of credit, treasury and cash management, investment banking, markets, and trade finance solutions. You will lead deal teams, structure complex credit and capital solutions, and represent the whole firm to clients — combining commercial ambition with disciplined risk management and an unwavering commitment to control standards.

Job Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership & Origination

• You will own, manage, and grow a portfolio of large corporate client relationships, with direct accountability for revenue, returns, and client satisfaction.
• You will originate new business and lead the cross-sell of the full product suite, including lending, treasury services, Investment Banking advisory, markets, and trade & working capital solutions.
• You will serve as the senior trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and C-suite executives on strategic financing, capital structure, and liquidity decisions.

Deal Leadership & Whole-Firm Delivery

• You will lead deal teams, structure complex credit and capital solutions, and drive end-to-end execution to close.
• You will partner across investment banking, treasury services, markets, and product partners to deliver the whole firm to clients.

Risk, Controls & Talent

• You will manage credit risk and portfolio quality, ensuring all activity remains within the firm's stated risk appetite, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, KYC/AML, and internal risk and control standards at all times.
• You will mentor junior bankers and contribute meaningfully to talent development and team performance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

• 15+ years of corporate banking or relevant client coverage experience.
• Strong credit acumen and a sophisticated understanding of complex capital structures.
• A proven origination and revenue generation track record at scale.
• Deep knowledge of banking products spanning credit, treasury, capital markets, and advisory.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead and work in a cross-cultural team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• An established senior-level client network within target industries or regions.
