Group Operations Executive

Summary

 

Life & Takaful New Business - Group Operation is a department within the operation and technology function of New Business covering Group products.

The main objectives of the department are to:

• Support Sales/Marketing team to grow New Business volume & value.
• Manage SLA expectation from clients and meet quality standard.
• Work towards SOP and improvements

 

Key Accountabilities 

 

• Processing member data and issue billing for Group Term Life/Takaful, Group Mortgage and Group Decreasing products.
• Work close with Banca Sales team in master policy/member processing matters.
• Complete tasks within agreed SLA.
• Handle assigned enquiries.
• Handle New Business or Renewal issuance, end to end.
• Any other assigned ad-hoc tasks or project/initiatives from Company.

 

Qualification/Experience

 

• Have strong Group Operations insurance experience and knowledge in Life and/or Takaful.
• Fast learner and independent.
• Hardworking and co-operative among team members.
• Effective communication skill.
• Positive attitude.
