As part of the Group Reporting team, the intern will actively contribute to the preparation and coordination of
the Universal Registration document (URD), a key regulatory and financial publication. The role involves
supporting project management activities, coordinating with internal and external contributors, ensuring the
consistency and accuracy of disclosures, and assisting in the preparation of reporting schedules and
deliverables. The intern will contribute to the drafting of explanatory notes, the formalization of reporting
procedures, and the review of financial information.
The intern will gain exposure to:
- IFRS financial reporting requirements.
- Production of a URD for a listed international group.
- Project management methodologies.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Risk, Sustainability and Investor Relations teams.
- Digital reporting tools and document production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder coordination: Support interactions with contributors, reviewers, translators, external auditors and external service providers involved in the URD production process.
- Contribute to content preparation: Help collect, review, and format contributions from different departments (finance, legal, risk, CSR, etc.).
- Ensure consistency and accuracy: Perform first-level checks on documents for coherence, formatting, and
compliance with internal guidelines. - Reporting tools and process improvement: Support the use and continuous improvement of reporting tools, Workiva, to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
Qualifications:
Education / Background
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School, University, or Engineering School) ideally
with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields, but other backgrounds
may also be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong interest and motivation for financial reporting.
Previous internship or academic project in financial reporting, audit, or project management is a plus
(but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial and non-financial information.
Excellent written skills, particularly for drafting clear and structured explanatory notes.
Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with reporting or publishing tools (e.g. Workiva) is a plus.
Soft Skills
High level of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail.
Structured mindset and ability to formalize processes.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and respect deadlines.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
