About the team
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead growth across SumUp's full product portfolio in Brazil, with a particular focus on credit. You'll be responsible for connecting marketing, acquisition and lifecycle initiatives to help more small businesses discover, adopt and get value from SumUp's products.
Credit will be a key strategic priority within the role. You'll work closely with Product, Lending, Risk, Data, Pricing, CRM and Martech teams to identify growth opportunities, improve customer journeys and drive sustainable business impact across acquisition, conversion, activation and cross-sell. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong performance marketing expertise with an understanding of credit or other financial products, and enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear growth plans.

What you'll do
- Lead growth across SumUp’s full product portfolio in Brazil, with a particular focus on credit/lending products.
- Own acquisition, conversion, activation, retention and cross-sell initiatives across paid, organic and lifecycle channels.
- Define and execute online acquisition strategies across web and app, including Google, Meta and TikTok.
- Partner with global teams to adapt campaigns locally and shape market-specific growth initiatives for Brazil.
- Work closely with Product, Credit, Risk, Data, Pricing, CRM and Martech teams to identify and scale growth opportunities.
- Lead testing and experimentation across campaigns, creative, landing pages and key customer journeys.
- Manage a significant marketing budget and deliver against acquisition, revenue, CAC, payback, activation and customer-value targets.
- Lead and develop a team of marketers and performance specialists, setting priorities and continuously raising the performance bar.
You'll be great for this role if…
- You have a strong track record in growth or performance marketing for digital, financial or technology products.
- You have experience with credit, lending or other financial products, such as SME lending, working capital, merchant finance, credit cards, BNPL or digital banking.
- You understand how to connect marketing performance with product adoption, customer value and business outcomes.
- You have experience managing significant budgets and delivering against acquisition, revenue, CAC, payback or activation targets.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Data, Pricing, CRM, Martech and Compliance teams.
- You are highly data-driven and experienced in experimentation, optimisation and customer journey improvement.
- You have previous leadership experience and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- You are fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively across local and global teams.
