Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

• Responsible for consumer understanding of the GStocks and GCrypto consumer, developing consumer insights that will drive marketing mix 

• Responsible for strategy development including size of price analysis, core target identification, sources of growth

• Responsible for developing the marketing mix, ensuring this answers relevant consumer opportunities/pain points as well as ensuring quality alignment across the marketing Ps

• Responsible for developing the annual brand marketing plan that delivers on the business targets and aforementioned marketing strategy 

• Driving excellent execution of the annual brand marketing plan with the help of the cross-functional team

• Measuring and monitoring performance

• Strong marketing fundamentals across: customer understanding, insight development, strategy development, analyzing data, developing integrated marketing communications, strong commercial acumen
