About the team
The GTM Partnerships team at Airwallex is focused on building and scaling partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition, deepen ecosystem reach, and unlock long-term growth. In Singapore, this role will support our SME & Growth segment by managing and activating a broad portfolio of corporate secretarial and professional services partners.
This portfolio represents a high-volume, high-potential partner base that sits alongside our priority partner accounts. Success in this role comes from creating repeatable engagement programs, strengthening partner activation, and identifying the highest-potential partners to grow within the Airwallex ecosystem.
What you’ll do
As the GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth, you will own a large portfolio of corporate secretarial and professional services partners in Singapore. This is a portfolio growth and partner engagement role focused on driving activation, maintaining partner health, and building scalable programs that help partners stay engaged with Airwallex over time.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow a high-volume portfolio of corporate secretarial and professional services partners through scalable engagement programs, including newsletters, product updates, webinars, in-person events, and structured check-ins
Proactively source, cold call, and reach out to new and existing partners to drive referral and revenue pipeline, strengthen relationships, and uncover new collaboration opportunities
Design and run partner re-engagement programs for dormant accounts, using clear outreach cadences and performance tracking to continuously improve activation outcomes
Monitor referral activity, engagement trends, and other performance signals across the portfolio to identify partners with strong growth potential
Build the case for high-potential partners to transition into Airwallex’s priority partner tier where appropriate
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, operations, and product to deliver relevant content, updates, and programs to partners at scale
Maintain accurate CRM segmentation and strong data hygiene across the portfolio to support prioritisation, reporting, and program effectiveness
Contribute ideas, market and partner insights, and operational improvements to senior GTM Partnerships stakeholders on how to strengthen partner engagement across the broader partner base
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in channel partnerships, customer success, partner marketing, account management, or related roles
Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts or partners and building repeatable engagement programs rather than relying solely on one-to-one relationship management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging partner-facing content and confidently lead webinars, meetings, or partner calls
A structured, process-oriented approach to portfolio management, with strong attention to segmentation, cadence, and CRM hygiene
Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify patterns, prioritise opportunities, and focus effort where it will have the greatest impact
A proactive, accountable, and collaborative working style, with the ability to operate effectively across teams and levels
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience running one-to-many engagement programs such as newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, webinars, community initiatives, or similar partner programs
Familiarity with the corporate secretarial, professional services, or adjacent B2B services ecosystem in Singapore
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or fintech environment
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
