Head, Corporate Finance (Ref CF 2)

Job Description

Financial model development, valuation, benchmarking and client material preparation.

Manage due diligence process.

Participate in transaction structuring and negotiations process.

Design business strategies and prepare business development materials.

Financial restructuring and corporate reorganization.

Qualifications

Qualification:

Minimum of first degree in any management or social sciences fields from a reputable university (2nd degree added advantage)

Relevant post-graduation training and qualification (certification/professional bodies membership)

Excellent understanding and knowledge of financial valuation concepts

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) skills and meticulous attention to details.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Highly proficient in Microsoft presentation and report packages.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Excellent business management and development skills.

Good leadership and organizational qualities.
