Job Overview: To coordinate and oversee bespoke lifestyle management services for Private Banking clients by developing strategic partnerships, managing concierge services, and executing high-impact client engagement initiatives that enhance client experience, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic development and deployment of lifestyle products to enhance client experience.
• Maintain an engagement process flow that promotes client loyalty.
• Ensure brand representation and standards that meet tier-client expectations and corporate goals.
• Custodian of the private client database.
• Custodian of strategic partnerships and collaborations that meet growing business objectives and goals, creating glitch-free onboarding and client-request processing.
• Oversee the Group’s marketing budget, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
• Custodian of the Group’s lifestyle-management products and services and ensure all requests are completed in line with the service guide.
• Custodian of the Group’s budget, with Group Head approval for expenditures.
• Design and oversee all lifestyle-management process flows.
• Deploy business-development strategies that align with client-acquisition goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory
