The Head of Audio Production is a strategic role responsible for leading the organization's audio content strategy, production process, and creative vision. This position requires a seasoned audio professional with extensive leadership experience who can drive innovation in audio storytelling, build world-class production capabilities, and deliver content that engages audiences across multiple platforms and formats.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute comprehensive audio content strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of audio production from concept development through final delivery
  • Implement scalable production processes that balance creative excellence with operational efficiency
  • Provide creative leadership for flagship audio properties and new content initiatives
  • Drive narrative development, talent selection, and creative execution
  • Ensure audio content reflects brand values and resonates with target audiences
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for audio content performance
  • Analyze audience data, engagement metrics, and market trends to inform content strategy
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to maintain strategic advantage

Experience:

  • Extensive experience, strong background in both creative and technical aspects of audio production
  • Experience leading teams across multiple disciplines
  • Deep knowledge of audio production technologies, workflows, and industry standards
