3. Media and market visibility

  • Support Deloitte Ghana’s market visibility across appropriate digital, social and other media channels, working with the relevant marketing and communications teams and in accordance with brand, independence and approval protocols.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to develop targeted content that shows industry insight, executive perspectives and the firm’s capabilities.
  • Use digital engagement and market feedback to strengthen awareness among priority clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify selective thought-leadership and media opportunities that reinforce the firm’s positioning in its priority industries.

4. Strategic client and stakeholder engagement

  • Coordinate relationship planning and engagement across priority clients and prospective clients.
  • Support Partners in preparing for senior-level client discussions with relevant industry insight, relationship history and clear engagement objectives.
  • Help translate client challenges into coherent, commercially relevant Deloitte responses.
  • Strengthen coordination across service lines to provide a consistent and connected client experience.

5. Business growth and opportunity support

  • Support the identification, qualification and progression of selected opportunities arising from industry insight and executive relationships.
  • Maintain appropriate pipeline discipline, reporting and coordination across priority pursuits.
  • Contribute to compelling proposals and value propositions in collaboration with Partners and service-line teams.
  • Facilitate cross-service-line collaboration and account development where this supports wider client needs and the firm’s strategic priorities.

6. Internal leadership

  • Lead team in delivering the responsibilities outlined above and the firm’s strategic growth priorities.
  • Set clear priorities, allocate responsibilities and coordinate the team’s efforts in identifying and pursuing relevant business opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen their commercial acumen, market intelligence, relationship management and opportunity conversion capabilities.
  • Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs, providing regular guidance and ensuring accountability for pipeline development and business outcomes.
