Computershare's Communication Services (CCS) business provides integrated customer communication solutions that help organizations deliver smarter, more effective communications across digital and print channels. Partnering with clients across highly regulated industries, we support customer engagement, compliance requirements and operational excellence through innovative communication solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Client Engagement to join the CCS Australia Executive Team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping our client engagement strategy, leading a national team of approximately 60 employees across four states, and ensuring exceptional outcomes across the entire client lifecycle.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving client retention, growth, service excellence and operational performance while strengthening CCS Australia's market position and supporting long-term business success.

A role you will love

As the Head of Client Engagement, you will have accountability for client relationship management, service delivery, contract management, strategic planning and team leadership across our CCS Australia business.

You will lead a high-performing client engagement function focused on building trusted client partnerships, enhancing customer experience and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the client engagement strategy across CCS Australia, driving exceptional client outcomes and long-term business growth.

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients, enhancing retention, satisfaction and strategic partnership opportunities.

  • Champion a client-centric culture focused on service excellence, continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Oversee client governance, service delivery performance, compliance activities and strategic review processes.

  • Drive client retention and revenue growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand services.

  • Lead commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing reviews and profitability optimisation.

  • Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing national team, fostering engagement, capability growth and strong leadership.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across CCS and contribute as a member of the CCS Australia Executive Team to shape strategic direction and business success.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Significant experience in senior client engagement, customer service or relationship management leadership roles within medium to large organizations.

  • Proven success leading large and diverse teams, including multiple layers of leadership and geographically dispersed workforces.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing client portfolios, contract renewals, pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute client engagement strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and business growth.

  • Experience delivering customer outcomes within complex B2B or B2B2C environments, ideally within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Wealth, Insurance, Utilities or similar sectors.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences internally and externally.
