Job Description
Your Role
Lead the client and product reporting function across the Americas, ensuring accurate, timely, and client-focused reporting solutions. Drive reporting strategy, innovation, automation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance client experience and support business growth. Partner closely with Distribution, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Service teams to develop scalable reporting capabilities that meet client, regulatory, and market needs.
You will be Responsibilities for:
Reporting Strategy & Delivery
Lead all client and product reporting activities, including factsheets, regulatory reporting, and customized client reporting.
Develop and execute a reporting strategy that supports client engagement, business growth, and operational excellence.
Drive automation, digital transformation, and scalable reporting solutions.
Ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate reporting delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Gather client feedback and translate insights into reporting enhancements and future capabilities.
Serve as the senior escalation point for reporting-related matters.
Represent the Americas reporting function in strategic client discussions and industry forums.
Leadership & Transformation
Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations teams to deliver integrated reporting solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, data capabilities, and regulatory developments.
The Experiences you Bring:
Extensive experience in client and product reporting within asset management or financial services.
Proven success leading large teams and driving transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of investment operations, data management, and reporting platforms.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and institutional clients.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and deliver business results
Significant leadership experience in client reporting, product reporting, or information management.
Asset management or investment industry experience preferred.
Experience leading global or geographically distributed teams.
Proven ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.
Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, and reporting technology
Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree preferred
