Job Summary:
This role oversees the development and management of deposit and payment products. It involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, drive customer engagement, and ensure compliance with regulations, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
Lead the development and management of the bank's deposit products portfolio and revenue growth.
Lead the bank’s payment solutions and projects.
Work closely with Finance, Treasury and provide advice and product insights for ALCO on the bank’s assets & liabilities strategies.
Develop competitive pricing strategies for deposit products.
Design and implement innovative deposit solutions.
Analyze performance metrics to drive product improvements and as a core product for customer acquisition.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Collaborate with marketing, sales channels, compliance, and operations teams to enhance offerings.
Mentor and guide junior team members in product development processes.
Implement risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of solid experience in retail banking products, with a strong focus on deposits and payments.
At least 5 years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and manage teams effectively.
Strong track record in deposit product strategy, pricing, and portfolio management to drive revenue growth.
Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements within the banking sector, ensuring product compliance.
