The Head of Mobile and Agentic Banking Transformation (US) is primarily responsible for having an overall vision for a Product Family in addition to multiple functional product group(s) and is accountable to ensure the on-going delivery of value. This entails setting a strategic vision, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, managing issue escalations, creating business cases and tracking financials, continuously assessing customer feedback, staying knowledgeable in industry trends and aligning stakeholders.
The Head of Mobile and Agentic Banking Transformation (US) is also responsible for the establishment, refresh and ongoing measurement of Objectives and Key Results to measure progress and demonstrating value based outcomes towards business goals, strategic priorities.
The Head of Mobile and Agentic Banking Transformation (US) provides leadership support to multiple Product Owners and ensures alignment across multiple product backlogs, and should always be considering how to maximize value, assessing how the product or the delivery process can be improved. Executive Product Owners collaborate with other stakeholders in E2E Journeys, Products, Platforms or other product-based businesses, contributes to a positive work environment and ensures that work embodies the Agile principles of transparency, collaboration and engagement.

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required
Oversees and leads largest and most complex Product Family and multiple Product Groups for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, support project / initiative success and achieve business results
Provides coaching, mentorship and guidance to practitioners, business, executives within area of expertise
Manages and oversees the overall discipline and strategy for the respective areas while aligning to the enterprise best practices

Strategic partner to leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials, with deep industry, external / internal, enterprise knowledge, recognizing and anticipating emerging trends and; identifying operational efficiencies and opportunities with other business management / enterprise areas
Leads key strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience (output may include strategic roadmap and/or deliverables/ frameworks/ short to long term goals etc.)
Sets operational team direction and collaborate with others to execute on common goals
Focus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 24 months or greater)
Education & Experience:
Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate required
Graduate degree preferred
15+ preferred years of experience
15+ years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
Customer Accountabilities:
Leads, develops and executes the Product Family strategic vision for all product groups within that family
Analyzes industry capabilities and set customer and journey strategy
Owns the journey vision, product roadmap and objectives and align the team around delivery goals; responsible for the Product vision and strategy and ensuring adapts to changing customer preferences and the competitive landscape
Provides content for team backlog(s), continuously groom and reprioritize, provide strategic input and decisioning, manage and reduce blockers, ensure a continuous flow of work for the team
Uses CX ecosystem and journey mapping to maintain focus on customer outcomes, and help focus and steer technology investments on value creation throughout the customer life cycle
Participates in scrum or Kanban events (e.g. stand-ups, retrospectives), providing opportunities for team members to express new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency
Leads the team to deliver value to the enterprise, track customer feedback / benefits metrics to continuously maximize product value and have authority to pivot strategy as needed
Leads business development activities with consultation with key partners and stakeholders
Influences and management stakeholder, ensure that the product is delivering value to the enterprise
Tracks customer feedback / benefits metrics to continuously maximize product value
Collaborates with other process groups, proactively manage dependencies, consider feedback and ensure alignment with relevant delivery teams while still having sufficient autonomy to make product decisions
Shareholder Accountabilities:
Works closely with key business leaders to develop business plan, ensuring the optimal use of resources and leverage TD’s operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and scale
Views the TD Enterprise ecosystem of capabilities and looks to leverage existing assets vs building new and identifies opportunities for synergies or capability integration
Plans and executes on strategic activities, review and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordingly
Executes on the annual business plan to deliver results aligned with business strategies
Focuses on overall program progress across the enterprise, manages overall program risk, finances and performance including platform performance
Manages overall budget, revenue and expenditures, manage spend envelope of Journey or Platform, and meet business objectives while increasing efficiency and effectiveness
Proactively identifies key business opportunities, research and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implement
Monitors and communicates the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise
Implements defined standards and strategies
Protects the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessary
Keeps abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts
Maintains a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
Ensures employees are knowledgeable; and assume responsibility to minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of Conduct
