Head of Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day product management of retail products, such as the implementation of product strategies, monitoring of product performance and ongoing management of risk associated with the products.

• Drive diversification of products offering contributing to growth of product sales and revenue, and ultimately contribute to MO CFS financial target growth.

• Establish effective relationship and constantly promote collaboration with various departments within HKMO to support the delivery of product objectives.

• Ensure effective and prompt communication with frontline on changes to the Bank’s product offering, policies, and procedures.

• Work effectively with third party product / services providers including Fund Houses and Insurance companies on distributor due diligence, new product distribution, market update and product trainings.

• Ensure selling process and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory and Group guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in business related areas

• 5+ year of management work experience in banking with solid knowledge of deposits, loan, investment & insurance

• Possesses management and leadership skills

• Possesses market insight and knowledge, with experience in business development.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

• Proficiency in both English & Chinese
