Job Summary

Provide meticulous entry and management of confidential employee data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel-related information, ensuring that HR and management have access to reliable data for decision-making.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or Data Management.Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, reporting, and HR processes.
  • Experience in developing automation solutions and digital workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, AI tools, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience in system enhancement, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

The HRIS Specialist plays a key role in transforming HR operations through effective data management, system enhancement, automation development, and AI-enabled solutions. The role is responsible for maintaining reliable HR data, optimizing HRIS functionality, and building automated processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. By leveraging analytics, emerging technologies, and digital tools, the HRIS Specialist delivers actionable workforce insights, supports strategic decision-making, and drives continuous improvement across HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
