- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is a plus).

Operational Support:
Assist in daily business operations, administrative tasks, and coordination across departments.

Project Coordination:
Support project planning, timeline tracking, and follow-up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Data & Reporting:
Collect, organize, and analyze business data to generate reports, insights, or dashboards for management.

Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation; serve as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records, update business documentation, and support compliance with company policies and procedures.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams such as HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to support business initiatives.
