Purpose of Role

The Senior Associate, Integrated Ledger Strategy (ILS) Project Management, supports the successful delivery of Finance transformation initiatives across the Global Ledger Strategy (GLS) programme and broader Finance change portfolio. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring risks and dependencies, preparing governance reporting, and driving execution across Finance, Technology, Global Accounting Operations (GAO), Finance Systems Support (FSS), and the Transformation Office. The position plays a key role in ensuring controlled, transparent, and risk-managed delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives impacting Finance infrastructure.

• Support planning and delivery of Finance transformation, Oracle Cloud and business-driven initiatives.

• Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across designated workstreams.

• Track programme progress and escalate issues impacting delivery timelines.

• Assist project managers and programme leads in ensuring execution against agreed objectives.

Governance & Reporting

• Produce weekly, monthly reporting materials.

• Maintain RAID logs and action trackers.

• Support governance forums by preparing status updates, presentations, and management information.

• Ensure delivery reporting remains accurate, timely, and aligned across stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Coordinate activities across Finance, Technology, FSS, Controllers, Operations, and business teams.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.

• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Foster effective working relationships across globally distributed teams.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Identify and monitor programme risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Support development and tracking of mitigation plans.

Person Specification

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5 years work experience in Project Management of Finance initiatives
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or similar) preferred.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting project delivery within a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience preparing auditable reporting and presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Jira, Clarity, ServiceNow, or similar project management platforms preferred.
