Support daily operational activities across Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations and Employee Services while gaining hands-on exposure to HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Assist in preparing onboarding and employee documentation.

  • Upload employee screening and background verification records.

  • Support routing of TP3 applications and staff credit card requests.

  • Perform selected employee data updates in MyHR.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing of HR documents.

  • Assist with ad hoc HR administrative tasks and operational projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Good organizational and coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship period starting from Oct 2026.
