Our University Internship Program offers students the opportunity to experience the professional world from within a leading banking environment.

Designed to complement academic learning with practical exposure, the internship allows students to work alongside experienced professionals, gain insight into the banking industry, and develop the skills needed to navigate their future careers with confidence.

Internship Duration

The internship experience can range from 1 week to a maximum of 6 weeks, offering flexibility to accommodate different academic requirements and internship objectives.

The duration will be agreed upon based on the student’s requirements, the nature of the internship, and the availability of the hosting department.

Internship placements and duration are subject to business needs, available opportunities, and department capacity.

Requirements

• An updated CV
• A formal internship request letter from their university, addressed to Bank al Etihad, confirming the student’s request to complete an internship.
