Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their professional career who is keen to gain exposure to the asset management industry and develop a broad understanding of business development activities. In this role, you will support the sales function across a wide range of activities, including client reporting, database management, the preparation of marketing and sales materials, and various strategic and ad hoc projects. You will play an important role in helping the team deliver a high standard of service to both clients and prospective clients.

The Team
The successful candidate will join the CRM team and work closely with our Sales Managers on a daily basis. The role also involves regular interaction with colleagues across Institutional Sales, Marketing, Client Support and Compliance, providing valuable insight into the wider business and the way different functions work together to support our clients.
What you'll do
- Supporting the production and distribution of regular client reporting, including the translation of reports from English into Italian.
- Maintaining and updating client and contact databases to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with the preparation of ad hoc reports and responding to specific business requests.
- Acting, alongside the CRM team, as a point of contact for both standard and bespoke requests directed to our London headquarters and other international offices.
- Supporting the creation of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, branded communications, and other client-facing content.
- Contributing to a variety of projects and initiatives designed to support the broader sales effort.
The knowledge, experience and aualifications you need
- Have recently completed, or are close to completing, a university degree.
- Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively and have a strong team-oriented approach.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
- A basic understanding of the asset management industry and its terminology.
- A good general knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts.
- A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- An interest in, and aptitude for, exploring and making use of digital tools and technologies.
