We’re looking for an Investments Operations Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to review, validate, and process insurance policy withdrawal requests while ensuring compliance with established procedures and service standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and process insurance policy withdrawal requests received through various channels, including signed forms, email, and fax.
  • Validate submissions to ensure they are In Good Order (IGO) and meet all policy and documentation requirements.
  • Accurately enter and update transaction details within internal systems.
  • Adhere to established operational, compliance, and quality standards while meeting productivity targets.
  • Support cross-functional activities and provide assistance to other business units as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations, transaction processing, administrative support, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing documents, validating information, and following established processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required. 
  • Willingness to work permanent night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and a hybrid schedule with onsite work three times per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking operations, insurance processing, loan administration, or financial services back-office functions.
  • Background in compliance checks, document validation, or end-to-end transaction processing.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to be cross-trained and support other business units when needed.
