Make your mark by helping shape the growth and execution strategy for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Banking & Liquidity Solutions, a team that delivers banking and short-term investment liquidity solutions, insights and education to its Advisors. The team works collaboratively across the wider organization, working closely with product, field and marketing partners to turn strategy planning into measurable results through innovative thinking, strong relationships, and efficient execution. The team’s efforts help Advisors engage their clients with clarity, confidence, and consistency, ultimately supporting business results and leading to positive client outcomes.
As an Executive Director, Strategy and Execution Lead within the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Banking & Liquidity Solutions organization, you will lead strategic planning, business execution, reporting, and sales enablement initiatives for the team. Through strong organizational discipline, and effective communication, you will translate business priorities into actionable plans, measurable results, and scalable processes. You will partner with business leaders, sales specialists, and marketing teams to develop insights, content, and tools that strengthen client engagement, enable informed decision-making, and result in operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to contribute through strategy, execution, and stakeholder management, while making a tangible impact on an integral business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team’s strategic roadmap by defining the execution plan, tracking initiative progress, escalating risks early, and ensuring disciplined delivery of leadership priorities.
- Establish a consistent cadence for initiative tracking and performance reporting to leadership (e.g., project dashboards, financial performance, team scorecards, executive summaries) to highlight successes, enable decision-making, and reinforce accountability.
- Partner with business management and cross-functional stakeholders to align on shared priorities, coordinate workstreams, and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and implement standardized go-to-market and sales enablement processes by designing and scaling content, messaging, and operating rhythms that convert market insights into execution and growth with the field; responsibility includes development of field-ready presentations, emails, opportunity lists, and advisor-approved materials in partnership with our Marketing Lead
- Manage a centralized resource hub for specialist/team use including content developed by the team, shared content used across Solutions and Practice Management peers, regional tracking, and opportunity reporting
- Operate with versatility by managing responsibilities across run-the-business (e.g. building executive-level presentations) to field enablement (e.g. drafting client-facing communications, reviewing opportunity lists)
- Influence and align stakeholders by balancing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and driving decisions to closure.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations to inform strategy, messaging, and execution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, with exposure to product management, sales, or business management functions.
- Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 and Series 65), or the ability to obtain the required licenses within one year of employment as a condition of employment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, building partnerships across multiple levels and business functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent record of high-quality execution in a changing environment.
- Ability to coordinate junior resources by providing direct feedback, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to support performance and development.
- Knowledge of yield and liquidity products, especially traditional bank accounts and short-term investments.
- Experience in wealth management or private banking, with the ability to engage credibly with advisors, clients, and senior executives in these types of organizations.
- Experience developing business reporting, performance metrics, dashboards, or management presentations.
- Operate with versatility by managing responsibilities across run-the-business (e.g. building executive-level presentations) to field enablement (e.g. drafting client-facing communications, reviewing opportunity lists)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously.
