As a Retirement consultant you will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.
Performance Objectives:

• Develop technical knowledge and skills in the Retirement area in Korea
• Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
• Adhere to all internal practice standards
[People]
• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Help support the training and growth of the Retirement analysts
[Clients]
• Support actuarial valuations including data analysis, assumption setting, modelling and etc.
• Assist with pension sponsors on their Retirement benefit program inquires
• Design and assist in implementation of a full array of Retirement benefit programs
• Consult on Retirement benefits harmonization in mergers and acquisitions to meet client’s objectives
• Provide benchmarking analysis on client’s benefit offerings against the market

• Meet revenue and chargeable hours targets
• Efficient time management
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying information for proposals

3 to 6 years of experiences in Retirement related
Bachelor’s or Master degree in actuarial science, mathematics, Finance, economics or a business-related field
Proficiency with English and Korean
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment dealing with multiple projects and clients
Strong communication skills
Preferred who is in the process of SOA exam or Korea Actuary exam
