Job Summary

•    Support the Enablement team in analysing regulatory and business requirements and coordinating the controlled delivery of regulatory projects and change initiatives.
•    Document current- and target-state processes, and source, extract, map, reconcile and validate data to support solution design, project tracking and management reporting.
•    Maintain requirements traceability, project plans, governance records, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and action logs, escalating delays or control gaps when required.
•    Support testing, deployment readiness, stakeholder coordination, rollout and post-go-live stabilisation, with clear and audit-ready documentation.
•    Apply internal policies, risk and control standards, and relevant regulatory requirements while supporting user adoption and sustainable transition into business-as-usual processes; prior knowledge of regulatory frameworks would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Regulatory Requirements
•    Support the gathering, analysis and documentation of business, functional, data and regulatory requirements under the guidance of project leads and subject-matter experts.
•    Translate agreed requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings and other project artefacts.
•    Maintain requirements traceability, version control and evidence of review and approval throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Process, Data and Solution Analysis
•    Document current-state processes and support gap and impact assessments against regulatory, risk and operational requirements.
•    Assist in developing target-state process maps, operating procedures and control considerations that are practical and consistent.
•    Identify authoritative data sources and support data extraction, mapping, reconciliation and validation across relevant systems and reports.
Project Delivery, Testing and Governance
•    Maintain project plans, deliverable trackers, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and action logs, and escalate potential delays or control gaps promptly.
•    Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria, coordinate and execute user acceptance testing, record results and follow up defects to closure.
•    Support implementation planning, deployment readiness, rollout coordination and post-go-live stabilisation across impacted teams.
•    Prepare governance materials, status updates, meeting records, training content and user guidance, maintaining complete and audit-ready evidence.
•    Operate as an individual contributor, collaborating with business, operations, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders to support adoption and sustainable transition into business-as-usual processes.

Qualifications

•    Up to two years of relevant experience, including internships, graduate assignments or project-based work in financial services, operations, risk, compliance, data or change delivery.
•    Demonstrated ability to analyse information, identify and extract data from its source, maintain accurate trackers and produce clear project documentation.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power Query, Power BI, SQL, process-mapping or project-management tools would be advantageous.
•    Exposure to banking regulations, risk frameworks, internal controls, testing or project implementation is preferred but not essential.
Certifications/Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred; relevant Agile, Scrum or business analysis certification would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Languages
•    English and/or relevant local language skills, aligned to country requirements.
